2. Booking and Scheduling

2.1 Booking Process: Clients may book services through our website, by phone, or by email. All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by SolyoClean.

2.2 Service Quotes: Price quotes are based on the information provided by the client. If the actual conditions differ from those described, additional charges may apply.

2.3 Scheduling: Service appointments are scheduled at mutually agreed upon dates and times. SolyoClean will make every effort to arrive at the scheduled time, but arrival windows of +/- 30 minutes may apply due to traffic or other unforeseen circumstances.

2.4 Cancellations and Rescheduling:

• Clients must provide at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
• Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the service cost.
• Failure to provide access to the property at the scheduled time without prior notice will be considered a late cancellation and may be subject to the cancellation fee.

3. Payment Terms

3.1 Payment Methods: We accept credit cards, debit cards, e-transfers, and checks. Specific payment methods may vary by location.

3.2 Payment Timing:

• One-time services: Payment is due upon completion of the service.
• Recurring services: Payment options include pre-payment, automatic billing, or payment after each service.

4. Service Guarantee and Quality

4.1 Satisfaction Guarantee: If you are not satisfied with the cleaning service provided, please notify us within 24 hours, and we will re-clean the unsatisfactory areas at no additional cost.

4.2 Property Access: Clients must provide safe and reasonable access to the areas to be cleaned. We reserve the right to refuse service if the property conditions pose health or safety risks to our staff.

4.3 Pre-cleaning Preparation: Clients are responsible for removing valuable or fragile items before the cleaning service. Basic decluttering may be required to ensure effective cleaning.

5. Insurance and Liability

5.1 Insurance Coverage: SolyoClean is fully insured and bonded. We maintain liability insurance to cover potential damages that may occur during the cleaning process.

5.2 Damage Claims:

• Any damage claims must be reported within 24 hours of the completion of the cleaning service.
• Claims should include photographic evidence and a detailed description of the damage.
• SolyoClean is not liable for damage due to faulty or improper installation of items in the home, pre-existing damage, or normal wear and tear.

5.3 Limitation of Liability: SolyoClean's liability is limited to the cost of the cleaning service provided or the repair/replacement cost of the damaged item, whichever is less.
